Absolutely. We cater events of all sizes. We've catered corporate events of up to 1,000 guests.

Yes, we cater a large extended menu. Our mobile catering is not limited to pizzas. Think of us as a mobile kitchen, with or without pizzas on the menu.

Absolutely. Menus in your proposal are just a starting point! We aim to create a menu that you and your guests will love.

Yes. We do about 50 weddings every year. We offer an incredible cocktail hour experience and a wide range menu options and services from buffet, family service and plated options.

The first payment is a deposit to guarantee that we hold your date for our services. Final payment is due 1 week before your event. We reserve the right to assess a late payment fee if payments are not made on time. We accept cash, check, bank transfer is preferred, and credit cards are subject to a 4% service charge.

Our staff is hard-working, professional & courteous; and their goal is to make you look good with each event! Labor and set-up charges will depend on the size, location, and type of event. Staff is not only paid for their time to serve at your event, but they are also paid for the time for food transport, event setup, event cleanup, and transport back to our store. Therefore, servers will be paid starting 1 hour prior to the set-up of your event to 1 hour after clean-up of your event has been completed.

Typically, if you have ordered chafing dish service and your event is larger than 50 people, yes. There are usually multiple pans of each item on your buffet, and as pans run out, they will need to be replaced with fresh pans. If drink dispensers start to get low, they may need to be replenished. These are a few of the things that servers can do for you. You can also use volunteers at your event to do this for you and help save money.

Yes. We will need tables to serve food from and/or tablecloths. We will supply tables for the food for events with buffet service. We can provide tables, chairs, and high-quality table coverings depending on the size of the event for an additional charge.

No, but we do make a variety of desserts and offer a sweet table display. Additionally, we can offer you several recommendations for other vendors that make amazing wedding cakes.

Yes. We hold the proper health permits required. We are routinely inspected and have always passed with high marks.

We suggest that you reserve your date as soon as possible. Reservations are taken on a strictly first-come first-served basis

Deposits are non-refundable

An approximate guest count is required in advance to determine menu pricing. A final guest count is due one week prior to the event. Although we would like to accommodate most requests, we cannot guarantee that requests to change the menu or the services will be honored if they are requested less than one week prior to the event; however, if we are able to make the requested changes, a late change fee may be applied to the final bill.

We are committed to providing the highest quality foods and services for your event. We practice diligence in providing the highest levels of sanitation and care when preparing and delivering hot and cold foods to our events. We do not package leftover foods from previously catered events for our clients unless arrangements are made prior to the date of your event.

Your invoice will be subject to state sales tax, as required by law. If you are receiving a promotional discount, the discount is only applied to the food category. If you are a tax-exempt organization, we do require that you provide us with a tax-exempt letter. Menu proposals include a firm guaranteed menu price. Labor and rental prices are only estimates and are not a guaranteed price. Gratuity is at your discretion.
