Baked in a blue steel pan, the pizza features a layer of Mozzarella & White Cheddar Cheese that extends to the edges, creating a crispy, almost fried, crust. Tomato Sauce is ladled on top, giving it a unique upside-down appearance. It's the perfect blend of crunchy, cheesy, & saucy. Serves 3-4.
